- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in a technical consultancy or management consulting.
- 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure strategy, capacity planning, or technical program management.
- Experience acting as a technical advisor or solution engineer for customer deployments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Track record of operating effectively at both the 30,000-foot strategic level (long-term planning) and the ground level (e.g., technical blockers, specific product constraints).
- Understanding of data center fundamentals (e.g., infrastructure, networking, hardware dependencies) and how they map to Cloud product portfolios (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
- Ability to successfully advocate for regional commercial needs while respecting global engineering standards and timelines.
- Ability to build consensus across a complex web of stakeholders often with conflicting priorities.
- Ability to bridge commercial requirements and engineering constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into executive-level briefings that deliver decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Drive technical leadership for the GeoExpansion roadmap. Proactively manage the data center portfolio to optimize performance, mitigate risks, and advocate innovation.
- Collaborate with local teams to size demand, develop business cases, and secure approvals. Represent EMEA in semester planning for regional service rollout.
- Ensure all relevant AI services are deployed in EMEA. Partner with teams to translate demand, plan future AI hardware, and influence regional strategy.
- Manage large Classic and AI capacity escalations to safeguard business. Oversee GPU/TPU allocation and optimize utilization of EMEA data centers.
- Partner with country leadership on key deals, advising on regional design. Drive compliant region design and support the central build-out of significant AI capacity.
