Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience building and developing infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 3 years of experience managing engineers.
- Experience building the infrastructure ecosystem that supports data center modeling and deployments.
- Ability to engage with other teams.

Responsibilities
- Design and build next generation data center resource modeling platform. Manage the Google wide fleet deployment. Enable future capacity, model the data center and manage the life-cycle of machines in the data center at scale while reducing the total cost of operations.
- You will define the goal, roadmap and priorities of the team and identify new areas to grow and expand the team on.
- Establish technology and product goals in collaboration with tech leads, partners, clients, and senior leadership. Grow technical talent within the team.
- Drive project planning, prioritization, and resource allocation to meet both the long term and short term goals.
