Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in conducting analyses through spreadsheets, and structuring and communicating content through presentations.
- Experience implementing large scale initiatives in a change-oriented, fluid environment, requiring excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization, and design and implement processes that solve business problems.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fluid environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
About the job
As a member of the Chief of Staff team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Commercial Leadership to operate their teams and business. You will lead multiple initiatives at the same time, and provide deliverables to evolve the Devices and Services Business Organization (DSBO) strategy and organization.

Responsibilities
- Establish global and regional Objectives and Key Results, develop, track and grade, action plans, drive alignment with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Product).
- Lead new initiatives such as Top Partner centricity programs, including managing quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and creating joint business plans.
- Land change management and support DSBO Leads in business transformation, distill ideas into narratives e.g., for Annual Planning and on-sites.
- Own operational projects, define project goals, develop cross functional plans, track progress and report on status, risks and remediation plans to stakeholders.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, Marketing Central Business Management, Planning, Operations, and Regional sales teams to ensure communication and collaboration.
