Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Tech, Product management, User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI).
- 3 years of experience negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
- Experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.
- Experience leading projects and solving problems.
- Ability to manage customer relationships, consult customers, and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes, tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
- Advocate and create an excellent experience, supporting assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
- Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
- Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
- Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions.
