Technical Program Manager, Turbo Launch

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to handle high ambiguity and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple moving parts.
  • Ability to manage priorities without loss of efficiency.
  • Ability to assess engineering scope, define milestones, timelines, and determine resourcing needs for complex, cross-product integrations.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to represent and prepare executive level communication and articulate business or technical concepts to leadership.

You design, improve, and scale the self-help platform, marked by its stellar user experience and clean navigation. Responsibilities

  • Define and advocate the long-term goal and strategic direction for the Turbolaunch tool, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop, prioritize, and manage a comprehensive roadmap of Turbolaunch features and capabilities.
  • Document, refine, and maintain clear business requirements for Turbolaunch, including the creation and review of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Participate in the software development life-cycle by reviewing engineering design documents, driving sprint planning and backlog grooming, and leading feature testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure effective communication and support by coordinating with the engineering team to resolve customer issues promptly, creating and maintaining tooling documentation, disseminating feature release updates, and providing regular program updates to stakeholders.
