Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in business, Go-To-Market, or commercialization related functions.
- 3 years of experience in working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in leading operational initiatives and change management.
- Experience in designing/implementing product and business GTM strategies.
- Experience in digital advertisement strategy (e.g., agency or industry) with the ability to connect formats, audiences, and channels through data.
- Knowledge of digital media measurement.
- Ability to structure a storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support.
- Excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will help customers drive business outcomes through measurement. You will use your media measurement knowledge and your ability to influence/build relationships to develop go-to-market (GTM) and product strategies. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Business to turn measurement products into complete advertising solutions that allow our customers to grow. You will have collaboration skills working to bring together cross-channel solutions (e.g., Attribution) and programming (e.g., scaled/automated reporting) for the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Measurement team.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. - Manage program for core cross-team measurement programs like scaled and automated measurement reporting, gTech measurement, media programs.
- Inform global commercial strategy for cross-channel media solutions like Attribution, Engaged View Conversions/View-through conversion (EVC/VTC), In-platform Attribution (e.g., develop commercialization plan, define advertiser/agency segments, set business activation goals, and build business cases) and support global business teams through training, materials, and incentives.
- Partner with regional business and GTM stakeholders to identify regional needs and develop insights to inform commercial/product strategies.
- Partner with Product Management to influence product roadmaps and ensure they reflect the measurement needs of GCS customers.
- Track business growth against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify/execute on growth opportunities, provide feedback, and support executive reviews.
