- 5 years of experience in hardware system engineering program management, team lead or product design engineering.
- Experience in phase gate product development.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time, as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Consumer Electronics experience.
- Ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors.
- Ability to drive tasks at once.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently in order to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Manage development Health and Home hardware products and drive the overall tactical execution and strategy of the team.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet schedule, system build milestones, cost, quality and manufacturability.
- Drive product development processes and phase gate reviews with the cross-functional teams.
- Lead resolution on key technical issues and communication of project status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Interface between joint development partners and cross-functional engineering and operation teams.
