Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with executives across the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience drafting high-impact executive messages, announcements, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize personal workload while proactively optimizing executive schedules.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams and levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills as well as a proficiency in creating digital assets (including video editing/formatting).
  • Proven track record of switching seamlessly between diverse workflows and managing competing priorities with composure in a high-paced, cross-functional environment.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

As an Administrative Business Partner in Google Argentina, you are the strategic engine and cultural architect of the LCS and APA teams. You don't just manage calendars; you optimize executive focus and leverage AI tools to drive operational speed. You act as a true guardian of the business, managing budgets with precision and maximizing OpEx efficiency. Your influence extends externally and internally: you possess the executive presence to interact seamlessly with vendors and your counterparts within the market's largest clients and partners, while also elevating internal culture through impactful communications—including video editing—and memorable team events. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings across time zones, optimizing executive availability with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Lead complex international travel logistics, including multi-destination flight itineraries, lodging, and ground transportation for directors traveling throughout Latin America and the US.
  • Manage expenses and budgets rigorously and exercise constructive pushback to cut waste and ensure optimal resource use.
  • Lead communication strategy by producing high-quality written updates, including newsletters and editing video content. Additionally, take ownership of the planning and execution of offsites, team meetings, and team-building events for LCS AR and APA.
  • Integrate AI tools to automate workflows, summarize data, and boost daily productivity. Resolve scheduling conflicts and unexpected challenges swiftly to keep operations running smoothly.
