Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with storytelling and sales pitching.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

About the job

In this role, you will leverage your YouTube knowledge and expertise in creative strategy to drive our video content initiatives. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will bring fresh perspectives, manage projects seamlessly, and deliver inspiring presentations that showcase our creative direction.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and pitch YouTube creative solutions to key clients, agencies, and creative ecosystem.
  • Engage with creative teams to build on the potential of YouTube.
  • Develop and deliver inspiration sessions and trainings on YouTube’s solutions and formats. Deliver and present creative works ideas to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain awareness of client/agency organization structures and decision makers. Manage and communicate the pipeline of current and future work for priority accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and priority projects. Own project updates, final deliverables, and feedback loops for every creative works project.
