Analytical Lead, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing data science, engineering and marketing teams, as well as c-suite executives.
  • Experience uncovering compelling insights, building narratives, and scaling thought leadership.
  • Knowledge of traditional as well as digital marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Knowledge of Google Ad products, product capabilities and systems.
  • Knowledge of measurement capabilities, including MMM, incrementality, and LTV modeling.
  • Excellent project management skills across multiple stakeholders.

Lead the measurement and analytics strategy for some of the largest, most dynamic customers in Retail, with a strong emphasis on LTV, incrementality, cross channel measurement, and executive thought leadership. In this role, you will spend your time digging into big, complex data sets critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making with our most executive business leaders within the organization, and potentially some of our biggest clients.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term account growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with influential cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Google to our clients.
  • Analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Evolve our customer's marketing strategy by setting the required foundation and infrastructure for measurement needed to prove and maximize value.
