Minimum qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • 3 years of experience managing or leading teams.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

The Product Operations team provides business critical insights and frameworks that drive platform/feature development and success. Our team ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As a Product Operations Manager - Google Play Monetization and Developer, you will lead a high performing team supporting the Play Monetization and Developer horizontal organizations in setting and operationalizing their short and long-term goals. You will work with cross-functional leadership (PM, Eng, UX, TPM, PDS, Partnerships, etc.) and cross-product area experts to contribute to the success of Play.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$302,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Product Operations leads to successfully drive large-scale operational programs across the Monetization and Developer organizations supporting Play OKRs.
  • Serve as a member of the Monetization and Developer leadership teams and as a critical partner to various stakeholders, independently driving initiatives such as organizational effectiveness and cross-site operations improvements.
  • Translate strategy to goals and tangible execution plans, inform prioritization and resource allocation, and drive alignment and accountability towards the plan.
  • Use subject matter expertise to quickly develop hypotheses and recommendations for new initiatives/inbound requests.
