Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience in branded content, video program management, or brand marketing.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Video and YouTube product and content ecosystem, with organic video planning, production and measurement.
- Knowledge of Sports, YouTube creators, YouTube and Display and Video 360 (DV) platforms.
- Ability to act quickly on ideas and demonstrate adaptability to project changes or challenges.
- Excellent influencing and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will manage the deliverables and processes for the platform's sports projects across YouTube, mainly under the sports ecosystem. You will ensure operational and quality in customized assets and branded content, while also communicating with sellers and cross-functional stakeholders involved with the projects.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as a project management, ensure timely delivery of all customized assets and branded content.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality projects deliverables in line with advertisers standards.
- Manage the YouTube content ideation process (planning, creative pitches, production, and external presentations).
- Engage and partner with stakeholders across the video ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product leads to scale specific products and develop solutions that amplify Google’s perspective on social topics.
