- Ability to operate and lead in a highly dynamic, high stakes environment.
- Strong product sense and ability to influence product roadmaps and experiences.
- Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive a large and complex product portfolio of AI-based developer experiences from concept to broad Googler software engineer adoption to accelerate the Google software development lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor a high performing, distributed, TPgM organization, including establishing a strong set of emerging leaders.
- Drive technical projects from requirements through launch, including managing complex project schedules, removing roadblocks and keeping processes running smoothly.
- Establish strong cross-functional partnerships across Engineering, Product, UX, Go-to-Market, EngEdu, and Strategy and Operations to prioritize and implement features, infrastructure and processes.
- Manage executive communication of program progress, status, and risks within Developer, Core, and across Google.
