Minimum qualifications:

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. In this role, you will be leading complex data center construction projects from inception to completion. You will possess excellent technical background with experience in SQL, data analysis, and a deep understanding of financial controls, coupled with expertise in the end-to-end processes of data center construction. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams, ensure project success, and deliver data center facilities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full life-cycle of data center construction programs, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Utilize SQL and data analysis skills to monitor project performance, track key metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize project outcomes.
  • Implement financial controls, including budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, and risk assessment, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, operations, finance, and legal, to ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of project goals.
