Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in technical or GTM planning for a cloud business in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience executing scaled GTM motions; leading the business through insights into performance.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience selling cloud products.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
- Ability to deliver a professional business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and board levels with excellent presentation skills.

In this role, you will support the sub-regional Sales Leader in the application of the go-to-market (GTM) plan portfolio to that specific geography. You will support the implementation and optimization of all plays in the sub-region, as measured by the annual operating plan goals attainment. You will function as the Chief Revenue Officer for the sub-region, orchestrating the application of the plays across the various practice areas. You will be accountable for the sub-regional field execution of these priorities and functioning for feedback and refinement to the strategy.
You will showcase coordination and planning capabilities by executing the portfolio of plays in your sub-region. You will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Partners, Services and others to foster community adoption and market success of these initiatives. Also, you will recommend ways to adapt as the market and customer needs change.

Responsibilities
- Drive best practice adoption and knowledge sharing across field teams, partners, and GTM stakeholders, ensuring effective application within the sub-region and accounts.
- Refine the MD Practice GTM plan and strategy with Regional Practice Leads, leveraging sub-regional performance insights. Assess the fit of propensity models for each play against sub-regional accounts.
- Engage with the measurement and analysis of the cross product portfolio performance to identify and capitalize on opportunities for driving business growth in the market.
- Assist the MD Practice GTM in delivering quarterly and monthly business reviews, rolling up sub-regional insights to the regional summary, to track the progress of the GTM initiatives, and create a seamless feedback loop.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams delivering feedback in service of creating inspiring programs and plans that enhance internal engagement and create organizational momentum at scale.
