- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to engage and support English and Japanese speaking clients.

- Knowledge of online/offline advertising solutions and the media landscape.
- Ability to guide team members in the implementation of tools/processes.
- Ability to analyze data and number sets to draw conclusions and convert them into business opportunities.

About the job
As the gTech Ads Media Solutions Search Specialist, you will be responsible to keep providing quality solutions to our customers over supporting Google's advertisers and agencies by providing the consultation on Google Ads platforms. Also, you will work with the Japan Sales teams to set objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.
On top of the Local contributions to Japan business, you will be required to partner with your peers in other countries to impact APAC Media Solutions team as well, in addition to communication in English and Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region
Responsibilities
- Understand the client contexts and provide the solutions to achieve their Customer Business Objective (CBO) by utilizing all existing resources in and outside of the team.
- Lead the action plans to identify, standardize and centralize activities related to sales support.
- Be the subject matter expert for Google Ads Search Product usage for any situation. Provide unique values through Product performance Solutions.
- Identify process improvement areas and solutions. Share and encourage best practices across both LCS teams.
