Global Account Executive, Automobile, Global Client and Agency Solutions (English, Korean)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in business with managing client partnership.
  • Experience in advertising/online media business or marketing with advertisers, agencies or clients.
  • Experience in digital marketing with associated products and tools (e.g., Search, YouTube, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with peers and complete tasks and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing multiple accounts, organizing and prioritizing. with the ability to collaborate with others internally and externally.
  • Experience in project management and presenting to C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of the industry's issues, growth with the ability to advance Google's strategies within the marketplace.
  • Ability to lead executive conversations related to privacy, regulatory changes, and Google’s durable advertising and measurement solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information and ideas, promote strong relationships, resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Use understanding of the client's business, knowledge of advertising and the industry vertical to identify and enable engaging opportunities for one or multiple customers.
  • Interact with executive leaders to build trust, gain commitment and progress difficult conversations, while maintaining focus and executive presence.
  • Lead joint business plan development, account-level strategy, annual activation plans, and develop new and existing customer relationships to close agreements, achieve team goals and business growth.
  • Collaborate across a globally distributed cross partner team, enhance connectivity, align business goals, integrate multi-regional strategies and establish an expert network.
  • Be a thought leader with knowledge of related Google products and technologies and ability to drive initiatives, share expertise, and create quality content.
