Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a customer-facing or partner-facing technical role, engaging with enterprise clients or partners on cloud solutions.
- Experience architecting, deploying, and operating enterprise software in cloud environments.
- Experience in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions.
- Experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI concepts, technologies (e.g., large language models, Vertex AI), and their practical applications.
- Experience with cloud solutions architecture, including concepts related to infrastructure, networking, storage, and load balancing on Google Cloud or other cloud providers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Google Cloud Professional-level certification (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, Professional Machine Learning Engineer).
- Experience with technical writing and creating detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and deployment guides.
- Experience collaborating with products or engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and drive feature development.
- Familiarity with the Global System Integrator (GSI) and System Integrator (SI) ecosystem, including their business models and operational structures.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems, develop scalable solutions, and implement effective processes.
- Demonstrated success in driving the adoption of new technologies and solutions within a partner or customer base.

As an AI/ML Technical Solutions Consultant, you will work directly with Google’s customers on critical projects to help them transform their businesses using AI/ML technologies. You will help our customers to develop, deploy, and manage custom AI solutions in production using Google Cloud technologies. You will provide technical project management, consulting and technical aptitude to customer engagements while working with client executives and key technical leaders to deploy solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
You possess a background in developing AI solutions, applying key industry tools, techniques, and methodologies. To be successful, you know how to navigate ambiguity, you are a technical expert in your field, and you can deliver customer success. You will have excellent client-facing communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Win new business with Global Strategic Initiatives/System Integrators (GSI/SI) partners to drive growth in Google Cloud AI Solutions.
- Help GSIs build, launch, and scale AI solutions and agents using Gemini Code Assist and our Agent Framework, and get their solutions listed on the Google Cloud Marketplace.
- Engage with GSI/SI partners to boost AI adoption through technical sessions and collaborations. Use their feedback to shape the Google Cloud AI roadmap and support AI Agent hackathons for new business opportunities.
- Serve as a Google Cloud technical expert, guide GSI/SI partners to build Gen AI and Vertex AI solutions that are scalable, secure, and follow best practices.
- Help Systems Integrators (SIs) deploy and manage large-scale Generative AI projects by training and certifying them to be experts in our Gen AI products, including Agentspace.
