Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience developing ranking or recommendation features from conception to launch.
- 2 years of experience training, tuning and assessing machine learning models for launch readiness.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience working with LLMs, prompt tuning and context engineering.
- Experience with improving human rater performance.
- Experience working with Data Science or in roles requiring significant investigative skills.

Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the internationalization of two core ML models.
- Work closely with Data Science to evaluate Large Language Models (LLM )and human rater performance in goal markets. Develop the LLM prompts that maximize precision and recall.
- Identify the need for new golden sets, training material or guidelines for human raters and develop them as needed.
- Present goal and strategy regularly to executive leadership and drive buy-in on key product decisions and developments.
