Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with product management, engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience managing C-level executives.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in online sales, business development, and digital advertising marketing.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and scale strategies while adapting to motivations.
  • Ability to translate complex, ambiguous topics into concise, high-impact written and verbal presentations.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex business challenges effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills to drive results through seamless cross-functional collaboration and management.

About the job

As a Head of Data, Measurement and Analytics (DM&A), you will manage a team of Analytical Leads (ALs) and Data Transformation Leads (DTLs) who work with companies in Chile, Colombia and Peru to help them grow their business with Google advertising solutions. The Head of DM&A leads the team in localizing and executing the sub region’s Data, Measurement and Analytics strategy to drive business outcomes, grow Google's business, and advance client’s data, technology, and measurement maturity. In this role, you will serve as their measurement and analytics expert, help customers integrate measurement and analytics in their strategy, and participate in their leadership teams.

In this role, you will lead the strategy for Measurement products by directly working with LCS sellers and customers. You will influence executive business stakeholders internally and externally, work cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap and direct a team of Data, Analytics and Measurement experts to drive the product activation strategy for LCS. You will influence cross-functional teams while building and delivering the best go-to-market plan for the product area.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy digital measurement solutions and conduct advertising effectiveness research.
  • Leverage extensive expertise in online sales, business development, and digital marketing to devise and scale high-impact strategies across the advertising ecosystem.
  • Influence stakeholder groups by understanding their motivations and adapting communication styles to build strong, collaborative partnerships.
  • Translate ambiguous, complex topics into clear and concise narratives, using exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate business challenges.
  • Lead initiatives across cross-functional boundaries, ensuring seamless execution and effective verbal and written communication.
