Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of businesss experience in the technology industry with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Logistics-as-a-Service (IaaS) products and platforms.
- Experience engaging with accounts, promoting a portfolio of products at C-level.
- Experience promoting to State, Local, and Education customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with commercial and legal negotiations, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
- Experience promoting cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software to startups or digital native organizations, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Experience working with Customer Engineers and customers technical leads to inventory software estate, define migration plans, and build migration business cases.
- Experience cultivating C-level relationships and collaborating executives and leading, cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations.
- Experience acquiring new logos at scale and securing foundational workloads to accelerate consumption business.
- Passion for building Greenfield territories.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and business generator for state, local, and education accounts within California.
- Drive new business opportunities, expand existing relationships, and manage the entire business cycle from needs assessment to successful implementation.
- Conduct consultations to understand customer issues, crafting and presenting tailored solutions, negotiating agreements, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Develop understanding of Public Sector issues and opportunities to build trust and credibility, positioning the company as a partner for their digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Technical Specialists and Customer Success Managers, to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services, ultimately maximizing business generation and growth within assigned territory.
