- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product or program management.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in product management with a primary focus on building, launching, and managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Marketing platforms.
- Experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate processes and enhance platform as well as individual work outputs.
- Understanding of software development principles.
- Ability to translate user needs into detailed product specifications.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
About the job
The charter of the team is to build the sales platform that will drive Google’s sell-side business and ensure flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.Responsibilities
- Own the strategic goal and product roadmap for key features of the sell-side sales platform, administration and workflow solution, including the framework we willl use to prioritize features and measure success.
- Be the overall business owner for the features within your scope, engaging Business Development Managers, prioritizing opportunities, driving business requirements, and implementing solutions in partnership with the engineering team.
- Own the launch plan for solutions, working with Engineering, Security, Finance, Legal, Compliance, external vendors and our Business Operations team.
- Collaborate with business leaders and analysts across regions to facilitate discussion, drive cross-functional alignment, and partner on the implementation of solutions.
