Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or business strategy.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders and developing sales strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently in order to support the client management in this market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing and influencing external partner teams (extended workforce) in advertising, sales or customer experience workflows.
  • Experience with vendor management, performance management, and change management.
  • Experience with digital media strategies or advertising and marketing solutions.
  • Experience working in global, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proficiency in sales operations management, data analysis, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

About the job

In this role, you will drive the performance and success of a critical and complex GCS customer segment or innovation workflow. Your team must develop relationships across an internal and external network of stakeholders to manage both short-term business performance and long-term business sustainability for a variety of complex, go-to-market customer segments. You will directly own driving in-quarter performance for your operations, and develop strategies with our vendor partners to drive operational excellence and mitigate performance risks. You are responsible for enabling our vendor partner long-term success by advocating strategic changes, influencing internal partner teams with on-the ground feedback and evaluating the efficacy of our vendor partner’s capabilities and infrastructure as this customer segment evolves. You will be at the forefront of evolving our customer strategies, leveraging AI and new technologies to accelerate GCS growth and scale.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed key business operation metrics by over 100% for designated programs. Analyze performance trends and synthesize common challenges to implement consistent solutions across vendor partners. Lead weekly business performance reviews with vendors, driving agendas and ensuring follow-through on action items to boost performance.
  • Utilize customer segment and sales operations knowledge to identify and implement operational enhancements.
  • Oversee on-ground operations through regular vendor site visits to establish best practices and enhance workforce capabilities. Employ robust change management frameworks to execute operational changes and develop mitigation plans for vendor success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence program, product, and technology strategies for specific customer segments.
  • Govern the quality of regional sales operations, manage escalations, and scale learned best practices. Engage with internal teams to design and implement effective collaboration and training.
