Program Manager, Organizational Resilience, Data Center Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in organizational development, learning and development, change management, or a related field, with a focus on building organizational resilience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in infrastructure operations, supply chain/operations, data center operations, manufacturing, or technology based business units.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning and new data center site launches.
  • Knowledge of skill reinforcement in the flow of work utilizing AI and procedures.
  • Understanding of resilience principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Passion for promoting resilience and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Responsibilities

  • Develop, draft, and manage an annual learning and development strategy focused on organizational resilience for all APAC locations.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging and effective training materials, leveraging various modalities (e.g., e-learning, video, AI, workshops, scenario planning exercises and simulations).
  • Partner with the workforce strategy team to integrate organizational resilience principles into the planning and execution of new APAC site launches.
  • Drive the roadmap for establishing a regional Center of Excellence for workforce resilience in APAC.
  • Develop frameworks, tools, and resources that can be leveraged across APAC to enhance individual and organizational resilience.
