- Experience in networking or rack design for data centers.
- Experience in scaling infrastructure deployments.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of coding experience in Python or Go.

As a Systems Development Engineer Manager, you will be passionate about managing a team of SDE engineers and Team Leads (TLs) working on the GDCag and GDCc product suites. You will be building a suite of tools to make it easy for our partners to design and validate custom deployments and to manage deployments running at a scale of over 5000 per month across the globe.

From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio possible. Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between partners and cross-functional teams. Closely partner with United States (US) operations team to coordinate and effectively run the operations.
- Explain the team's goal, progress, and tests clearly to stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
- Allocate resources strategically, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while also allowing for flexibility and adaptability.
- Implement metrics to evaluate the impact of the team's work, both in terms of research advancements and product impact.
- Build a team of engineers to land the scope of tooling and operations and provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
