About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Integrated Planning (IP) organization within CSCO is responsible for planning for data center infrastructure and balancing and shaping demand intent from our Product Areas, deployment decisions for new technologies and supply capability across data centers, networking and machines. The Operations Planning and Enablement (OP&E) team within IP drives the Operations Plan that is the single source of truth for all execution teams to drive/enable appropriate capacity to deliver infrastructure to Product Areas (PAs) needs.

In this role, you will balance between Demand and Supply to ensure that Google has the right amount of infrastructure (machines, networking, data centers) to meet the needs of our Product Areas. You will collaborate with all organizational levels to define project requirements for new processes and software systems, coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making, and plan for scalable, efficient, and predictable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the teams supply planning, ensuring data accuracy, on-time delivery, and robust execution for assigned products.
  • Manage and improve key supply chain metrics such as supply coverage and inventory health.
  • Foster communication, resolve supply chain issues, and influence executive-level decisions across teams.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance planning capabilities and manage new product introductions and end-of-life transitions.
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a team of program managers, fostering their growth and development.
