Media Effectiveness Lead, Agencies

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital or offline advertising.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience proving media efficiency and effectiveness for advertisers leveraging tools such as incrementality, attribution, MMMs, Brand Lift or Reach Studies.
  • Experience developing executive customer relationships to influence measurement strategies.
  • Experience influencing senior agency or advertiser decision makers.
  • Experience in Agency, Analytics, or Consultancy.
  • Knowledge of the digital ad ecosystem and privacy changes, with the ability to translate client business needs into new product opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Google measurement capabilities across ad and media platforms.

About the job

As a Media Effectiveness Lead, you will be responsible for helping agencies and advertisers scale their use of Google Effectiveness Measurement solutions to drive measurement maturity in the industry. In this role, you will lead relationships with critical agency measurement stakeholders to ensure Google media is measured accurately, deliver insights to customers, and advance innovations in the industry. You will partner with the Agency sales team but also work cross-functionally with the go-to-market, product, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Shape, pilot, and scale programs of initiatives to build capabilities or take products to market.
  • Develop and activate strategies for providing consultative measurement support to agency partners.
  • Lead relationships and consult with agency partners to understand their measurement goals and assess how Google measurement solutions can address their needs.
  • Develop Modern Measurement approaches including experiments, attribution, and cross-media measurement to prove the value of Google media.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of measurement solutions, identify opportunities for product innovation and partnerships to drive industry engagement around the measurement evolution, and get the right enablers in place for advertisers to meet their measurement ambitions (e.g., Partner support, gTech support, funding).
