  • Experience in the logistics industry with managing vendors or working in a business operation role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in China logistics operations (e.g., customs, transportation, trade and regional network).
  • Experience in program management with implementing change management.
  • Experience in domestic or international transportation modes (e.g., Air, Sea, Express, Rail, Truck).
  • Experience in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to operate in a changing environment and managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent investigative skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will drive process improvement and apply general problem solving skills across transportation, distribution and factory locations supporting multiple countries. You will also play a role in supporting the delivery of global projects and managing regional initiatives. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects. You will plan requirements with internal customers and drive projects through the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Work on transportation Carrier engagement.
  • Work on logistics stakeholders for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
  • Support new manufacturing countries and components supplier lanes coordinating with global logistics providers to ensure operational success.
  • Organize, moderate and lead cross-functional meetings with transportation providers.
  • Lead regional improvement projects and assist in delivery of regional elements of global projects.
