Content Solutions Sales Lead, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, or media.
  • 3 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, etc.) for sales teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong understanding and passion for YouTube’s premium media ecosystem and how brands leverage cultural moments.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy and video landscape, including TV media dynamics, CTV, sponsorships and influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated success working with key internal and external stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales).
  • Proven track record in developing brand strategies and video advertising solutions.

The Content Sales Lead is the strategic link between YouTube's ads product, sales and partnerships teams. In this role, you will translate premium awareness solutions (YouTube select lineups and sponsorships including creators) into compelling narratives, aiming to position YouTube as the leading video platform in the market.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and execute the UKI content solutions strategy focused on accelerating sales outcomes, identifying key opportunities, and driving growth areas.
  • Inspire and motivate UKI LCS sales, internal cross-functional partners, and customers by converting the value of YouTube select solutions - lineups and sponsorships.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with UKI LCS Sales Specialists, EMEA GTM, GPS, SPMs, and Ads Marketing to bring forward new product development, proof points, insights, and success stories.
  • Partner with the wider Accelerators UKI LCS team to effectively demonstrate the opportunities and value of premium content solutions to drive tangible results for advertisers.
  • Drive YouTube content solutions sales through a targeted list of customers, working alongside account teams and wider sales specialists supporting our largest and most complex advertisers.
