Associate Customer Learning Lead, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience with using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.
  • Experience with communicating and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to communicate with the local customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with tech sales, presales, operations, or consulting.

About the job

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

The customer training team is part of Cloud Learning Services under Customer Experiences in Google Cloud. The team focuses on accelerating Google Cloud customer success, transforming their capabilities through targeted, engaging, and value-driven learning experiences.

As an Associate Customer Learning Lead, you will focus on delivering high-quality cloud learning programs to Google Cloud customers in Japan, managing various training programs to support the customer learning needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and consulting teams to provide actionable insights, use data-driven decision making, and drive understanding of the growing business.
  • Support Google Cloud Learning programs directly accelerates growth and improves Google’s ability to serve its Cloud customers at scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams under Learning services to address customer needs.
  • Work closely with colleagues across multiple teams to support learning plans, certification requirements, program launches, and role-specific learning needs for Customers.
