Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with release management.
- Experience in software and machine learning development lifecycles.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with systems engineering approaches including verification and validation.
- Experience in product localization.
- Experience managing feature development, quality, and tech efforts.
- Experience with stage-gate product development life cycle management.
About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of AI-powered experiences in the home. You will lead programs involving multiple teams and product areas, and will identify issues and opportunities across the organization and establish scalable operating models and systems to improve effectiveness, consistency, and efficiency. You will also advocate for the program management function and build alignment.
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of new capabilities and quality improvements.
- Manage timelines, issues, and risks.
- Build operating partnerships across functions and teams to identify and manage dependencies.
- Manage project communications and escalations across teams and upwards to leadership.
- Create processes and systems that enable teams to work quickly and efficiently.
