Senior Data and Measurement Specialist (English, Turkish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience with data analytics and measurement ecosystem including Google Analytics and mobile measurement partners.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption.
  • Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and engaged landscape.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and drive business growth.

Client Solutions and Analytics team plays a critical role in Google Türkiye’s goal to be the most trusted experts for our advertisers and partners that deliver high-performing, durable advertising solutions. As Data and Measurement Specialist you are in charge of transforming advertisers across the Large Customer Sales book of business. You will help advertisers build an excellent measurement and data infrastructure foundation in a privacy-first world, which customers can build their performance and media effectiveness solutions on.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead data and measurement plans and strategy for our clients, ensure the plan is incorporated into the overall customer plan and ensure executive stakeholder buy in from the client.
  • Be a key problem solver for differences in measurement, specifically between our measurement framework and third-party measurement tools, such as Google analytics and adjust.
  • Navigate in ambiguity and build deep expertise across product areas, collaborate across functions and executive stakeholders, identify market opportunities and share industry specific feedback to Google’s product and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Understand local privacy regulations and developments and their impact on our products and solutions, and support our advertisers.
  • Initiate and lead initiatives and industry events to drive adoption and maturity of data and measurement solutions with cross-functional teams.
