Global Business Solution Consultant, Large Customer Sales, Fixed-Term Contractor (English, Mandarin)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in product user experience and product full cycle support.
  • Experience with data analysis and modeling (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Ability to influence product strategy and roadmaps by translating data-driven insights into recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze first-party and third party data, user feedback, and market trends to identify and prioritize opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Design and propose innovative solutions and enhancements by translating data into product strategies.
  • Execute developed business strategies for specific markets or customers, in collaboration with internal partners based on research and understanding of the customer and leverage products to deliver goals.
