As a Senior Account Manager, you are the strategic bridge between Google’s advertising ecosystem and our most valued restaurant partners. You act as both a visionary advisor and a dedicated client advocate, navigating fast-paced and ambiguous environments to drive sales growth. In this role, you will manage a sophisticated portfolio across Performance (Search, PMAX, App), YouTube, and Programmatic, providing a unique breadth of experience at the intersection of technology and brand building. You will contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture. Your mission is to turn complex business challenges into streamlined Google solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Cultivate deep partnerships with direct and agency clients, serving as their contact to solve complex and marketing objectives.
  • Drive business growth by leading customer meetings, pitching new product opportunities, and identifying high-impact areas for incremental Google media spend.
  • Develop forward-thinking, consultative analyses and value delivered narratives that align with customer goals and recommendations.
  • Provide clients with strategic planning/expertise across YouTube, Performance and DV360 solutioning, guiding clients on sophisticated ad formats, measurement solutions.
  • Lead flawless end-to-end campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and project standards. Prioritize and execute sales team initiatives, maintaining accountability to team goals and providing guidance on campaign effectiveness.
