Global Business Practices Program Manager, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience in managing the professional services or consulting business activities, such as annual business and program planning, agreement management, business reviews and prioritization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant Advanced degree.
  • Experience in data analysis and decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Experience leveraging investigative skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem-solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

About the job

As a Global Business Practices Agreement Governance functional expert, you will play a key role in designing standard definitions of policy and process for Google Cloud Sales, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices across existing workflows. You will be able to quickly comprehend, assess and take ownership of the end-to-end agreement execution program management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives to accelerate customer’s journey to Google Cloud and policy and process governance by driving policy and process standardization, simplification and optimization.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for agreements related policy and process support, and escalations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Cloud teams to identify areas of friction, provide viable recommendations and to implement standards and automation which ultimately improve user experience and accelerate agreements making process.
  • Drive policy and process simplification and ensure streamlined workflows.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to align, build and publish business practices and documentation resources as a single source of truth.
