Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 20 years of experience in Management Consulting, Product Management, Engineering, General Management, Strategy, or Operations roles.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams.
- Experience leading projects, managing stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with thought leadership and creating high-quality products and services that reach millions of end users.
- Experience with organizational leadership with the ability to influence teams across boundaries.
- Ability to cultivate a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and excellence.
- Excellent problems solving skills, with the ability to set the broad outlook while providing detailed operational and strategic direction.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships across complex organizations.
- Passion for learning and education.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the cohesive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Google Education, setting the long-term outlook and operational plan to drive adoption of Google's full product portfolio.
- Lead an excellent organization spanning strategy, operations, data, institutional sales, and channel partnerships, architecting pricing models to accelerate market penetration and engagement.
- Lead the strategy to unlock significant growth with the goal of expanding the user base globally, establishing robust reporting frameworks to derive actionable insights.
- Partner deeply with executive leaders across Google's core Product Areas to drive cross-functional program management, synchronize timelines, and align roadmaps in service of the education mission.
- Cultivate a data-driven, operationally complex organization focused on solving the core B2B2C challenge while evolving the mission to foster deep, ongoing user engagement.
