Learning Management System Administrator, Instructional Design (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales or customer enablement, or related learning role.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience launching programs including in person or virtual events, and organizing training programs or creating training content.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing and following up of training metrics to measure effectiveness.

About the job

We now manage the entire sales training pipeline, from content creation and LMS administration to strategic communications and the critical tracking of completion rates (a Key Performance Indicator). We are addressing a growing volume of requests from GTM and Finance teams, necessitating the development of new, specialized training programs to meet their distinct needs. Our team's involvement has substantially increased in Online Marketing Challenge (OMC) activities and the development of communications supporting critical Finance Optimization Office (FOO) and CTIF initiatives, requiring a wider range of skills and greater time commitment.The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management (creation, updates, roles, permissions).
  • Upload, configure, and deploy new and updated training courses, curricula, and learning paths within the LMS for various training campaigns and initiatives. Create and manage learning groups, cohorts, and audience segmentation for targeted training delivery.
  • Generate and analyze regular reports on training completion rates, learner progress, assessment scores, and overall training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the E-Learning Content Creator to ensure seamless integration and functionality of training content within the LMS.
