Head of Data, Measurement and Analytics, GCAS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • 7 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc.).
  • Experience in Home, Personal Care and Tech sectors.
  • Experience with cross-functional understanding of media businesses and management operations within the digital media ecosystem, along with proven success in business development, client relationship management, and solution-based selling.
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with executive stakeholders.

As a Head Data, Measurement and Analytics, you will manage a team of pod-aligned Data Transformation Leads and Investigative Leads.You will be the team's measurement and analytics thought leader, lead the team's strategy across these priority areas, and act as an active member of the pod’s leadership team.

Your understanding of online media combined with your communication skills and investigative abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, a holistic measurement agenda and market analysis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$183,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team and coach skills and capabilities to be effective in the role and deliver high-impact, growth-driven work. Build and sustain an effective, high-performing team.
  • Build relationships with global clients and partners leading the Data and Tech agenda for an overall measurement transformation strategy pitching benefits of adopting Google platforms/products.
  • Understand customer business objectives and increase business impact by solving complex measurement problems that advance digital maturity across Google’s owned and operated product suite.
  • Help customers navigate increasing measurement ambiguity. Identify scaled ways to solve common client business issues and share best practices/client successes across the industry/sector.
  • Identify patterns and trends across the industry, and evolve strategy/approach accordingly. Collaborate with your Global Client Lead and Global Account Leads to deliver Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
