Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with program management.
  • 5 years of experience delivering projects, with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • 3 years of experience developing and executing campaigns to reach goals.
  • Experience launching and managing education and skill development programs and campaigns.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with stakeholders, in and outside of Google, to achieve outcomes.
  • Understanding of the higher education system.
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across organizational boundaries.

Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile and collaborative. You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.

As part of the Google Cloud Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will be focused on prioritizing, designing, and executing programs for all Go-To-Market Sales teams that help drive the global priorities. This entails managing programs that span across Google Cloud Platform product and solution areas, industry and technical competency building, and the standardized operational rhythm of business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive impact and grow Cloud skills in market through direct-to-learner programs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, data, content, and other cross-functional teams to deliver against the Cloud Learning reach Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) through learning programs and campaigns.
  • Create and maintain accurate program and campaign documentation, including strategy briefs, project/campaign plans, roles and responsibilities, and workback schedules to ensure that campaigns can be launched to meet annual OKRs.
  • Track program success and iterate based on data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Develop monthly business reviews to regional and global stakeholders, summarizing program progress, key milestones, and outcomes.
