Industry Manager, Large Customer Sales (Urdu, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to communicate with and serve Urdu speaking customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, client relationship management and servicing, and consultative selling focusing on the Pakistan market.
  • Knowledge of and experience with using Google and YouTube advertising solutions.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan's technology and advertising landscape, with understanding of Pakistan’s industries in the Telco, CPG, Fintech, Digital Natives and Performance space.
  • Understanding of digital advertising solutions and media products.
  • Ability to mentor account managers and work towards goals in a fluid environment.
  • Ability in contributing to the growth and development of Pakistan's Tech industry.

As an Industry Manager, you will provide advertising solutions and manage relationships with clients from industries such as Telco, Fintech, CPG, digital natives, in order to drive their business growth. Initially based in Singapore, this pivotal role will involve deep engagement and driving business growth exclusively in the Pakistan market.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to grow Google's presence in Pakistan with focus on key sectors like Telco, Fintech, CPG, digital natives industries.
  • Analyze data trends and client performance, develop plans, and prepare and conduct pitches and presentations with minimal guidance.
  • Collaborate and consult with clients with the goal of extending relationships, increasing client and agency base, and optimizing their advertising growth.
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at events and conferences.
  • Advocate new product releases, internally and externally. Build and manage relationships to deliver a plan working as a contributor with a large set of internal and external stakeholders.
