- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis, with the ability to solve problems in complex, fast-moving, and ambiguous business environments through solid data intuition and business acumen.
- Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
- Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a product SME for customers and agencies.
- Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities while effectively managing ambiguity and changing priorities.

- Execute business/product strategies to specific clients to meet desired outcomes (e.g., business generation, product adoption, etc.), support media plan development and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies.
- Use data to identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
- Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy and insights, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
- Own weekly and quarterly business analysis and commentary, providing insightful reports to guide business decisions.
- Evaluate key business health metrics on an ongoing basis to inform strategy and execution.
