Video Specialist, gTech Ads (English, Thai)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Thai fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns for clients within online measurement, operations, and ad networks, and the ability to implement and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with pitching digital solutions to clients or direct sales experience.
  • Ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work with cross site teams.

We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As the Thailand Video Specialist, you will partner closely with the Sales team to drive Video strategy and performance for some of our customers with subject matter expertise of our YouTube solutions and our clients’ marketing objectives, you will advise them on growing their business and maximizing return on their marketing investment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business as a full-time Video Specialist, working across the entire business cycle plan, pitch (together with sales teams), implement and optimize.
  • Provide quality account and campaign servicing for a portfolio of accounts running Google app campaigns.
  • Process analysis into the client’s business objectives and lead holistic YouTube ad strategy in Google Ads.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with external clients to help them achieve success with their YouTube campaigns, driving product adoption and business growth.
  • Collaborate with vendors and sales teams to drive growth plans of our advertisers. Develop and apply knowledge of market and engaged environment for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.
