The Japan Sales Associate Program is a group of Googlers within Large Customer Sales (LCS) Japan who enable better coverage for our customers. In this role, you will be deployed across LCS Japan through a rotational element to the program, deploying into teams for 6 months - 1.5 years, which provides an opportunity to gain and share knowledge and experience with other sectors and pods. You will balance the ability to achieve maximum impact for their customers, their deployment teams and the business.

You will be supported by their teams, coaches and mentors, each rotation will offer a wide range of developmental opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the account management of clients, thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising solutions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive new business growth.
  • Report on business figures internally, provide campaign updates, solve client challenges and deliver customer training in all Google Ads tools.
