Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Antenna, RF, Electromagnetics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in designing Antenna system solutions for Consumer Electronics.
- Experience in wireless communication systems (e.g., GSM/UMTS/CDMA/LTE/FR1, 802.11, Bluetooth, GPS).
- Experience with Electromagnetic Simulation tools (e.g., CST, XFDTD, HFSS, etc.) or circuit simulation capability using Advance Design Systems (ADS), board design, board bring-up and desense mitigation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Antenna, RF or Electromagnetics.
- Experience with driving new technologies in the domain of RF, electromagnetics, and wireless communication.
- Experience with antennas used in wireless consumer products, factory processes and manufacturing.
- Experience using common RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, protocol and signaling testers) or antenna chambers.
- Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., FCC, IC, CE) and their respective certification process, cellular industry standards and specifications (e.g. CTIA, PTCRB, WiFi alliance).
- Experience with schematic creation and PCB design tools, scripting and Automation tools for data collection and analysis.

As an Antenna Engineer, you will play a role in the development of consumer electronics for the Home and mobile space. You will work as part of this team to deliver innovative antenna solutions You will be designing, testing and implementing the compact and efficient antenna solutions for 5G cellular, WLAN, Bluetooth, IEEE 802.15.4 and new application areas.

Responsibilities
- Involve in cross-functional team engagement defining overall product architecture to negotiate and achieve the balance of design goals (cost, performance, etc.) for each product.
- Co-develop antenna architecture with RF, mechanical, industrial design and PCB layout engineers.
- Design antennas for compact consumer electronics with performance and manufacturability.
- Create and drive OTA factory test plans/stations for mass production. Test antenna and wireless over-the-air (OTA) performance.
- Produce and clearly communicate all OTA performance and progress information to relevant audiences, from engineers and Program Manage to executives.
