  • Experience in supply chain or data center operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience influencing executive leadership by translating complex data into clear narratives and visualizations.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of data-driven solutions, from technical data modeling to the delivery of strategic operational insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a key driver of Google Server Operation's operational excellence, you will bridge the gap between complex infrastructure, data and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for building the scalable systems and analytical frameworks that allow Google’s infrastructure to grow intelligently. Your role combines technical expertise in data modeling and visualization with strategic advisory, requiring you to turn raw data into actionable insights that optimize global operations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the processes, systems, and analytics frameworks required to support Google Server Operation's global growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data needs into intuitive visualizations and dashboards.
  • Develop "what-if" models, data pipelines, and advanced analytical toolkits that improve the responsiveness of Google’s infrastructure.
  • Act as a trusted expert in data center solutions, providing technical and operational guidance to executives and external partners.
  • Manage the lifecycle of data-driven solutions, ensuring they meet the technical requirements of our leads and the strategic goals of our partners.
