Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations, in an engineering environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in building relationships, influencing outcomes, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive level, to drive consensus and navigate complex dependencies.
- Experience in process analysis, operational modeling, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization within large-scale operational environments.
- Experience in data analysis and dashboard.
- Experience in leading multiple, complex, cross-functional programs concurrently, showcasing exceptional organizational skills and the ability to drive results in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an effective business acumen.

As a Program Manager, you will grow in ambiguity, can understand the needs of the business and solve those needs through technology. Our goal is to build a closed-loop, self-learning system that covers the entire business life-cycle of Supply Planning and Fulfillment, and manages the majority of use-cases, leaving humans to agreement with exceptions only.
In this role, you will be an exceptional program manager to implement operational discipline across the engineering organization and be the partner to the Head of Technical Program Management. You will be responsible for owning and driving the execution plans, and metrics to improve the operations of the organization. You will require both thinking and planning, and meticulous and thoughtful execution.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute policies, processes and tools for goal setting across the organization in partnership with the leadership team to ensure objectives are clear, aligned, and measurable.
- Drive the core rhythm of business, including the Monthly Business Review (MPR), quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process, and annual planning cycles. Ensure these meetings are productive, transparent, and lead to actionable outcomes.
- Partner with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to execute the policies, processes and tools in our headcount, Operating Expenses (Opex) and Travel and Expense (T&E).
- Partner with key stakeholders across the Cloud Supply Chain Organization to implement initiatives. Tailor processes to meet the unique needs of our team.
