Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Gen AI, Natural Language Processing or specialization in another ML field.
- 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- 2 years of experience with product/solution development with a focus on product capabilities, features, benefits, users, and support needs.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.

You will help customers to develop, deploy, and manage custom solutions in production using Google Cloud technologies. You will work with key Google partners and customers to scope engagements, provide solution implementation services, provide technical guidance and best practices

Responsibilities
- Architect innovative, long-term solutions by strategically analyzing customer needs and focusing on future possibilities; oversee cross-functional teams in the development of deployable code, machine learning models, prescriptive architecture, and implementation guides.
- Define and own solution requirements, ensuring alignment with the go-to-market strategy; co-lead the design, roadmap, and overall goal for customer-centric solutions.
- Cultivate trusted technical and business partnerships with customers and partners to identify and resolve recurring mission use cases using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Lead collaboration with internal specialists, partners, GTM teams, product and engineering teams to transform best practices into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
- Enable customers and partners to develop, deploy, and manage custom solutions on Google Cloud technologies.
