Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
  • Experience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
  • Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in technical project management for Cloud and AI workloads (e.g., production deployment planning, orchestration, and change management).
  • Experience developing applications with AI features and capabilities, using proprietary or open models and frameworks, including prompt and context engineering and external systems integration.
  • Experience developing, documenting, and communicating, enterprise architecture and end-to-end solutions which span multiple technology and organizational domains.
  • Technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations or Security.

About the job

As a Google Cloud AI Activation Architect for Gemini Enterprise you will be working on the most complex and strategic Gemini Enterprise engagements, to unblock and accelerate customer adoption and sustained usage with direct impact on customer business outcomes and Google Cloud revenue.

You will create, manage, and execute the deployment plan, transitioning Gemini Enterprise license agreements into production workloads by providing technical leadership to customers and partners. You will have a direct impact on the velocity and incremental consumption of customer license agreements, leading to accelerated value realization, higher adoption, and future expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute "ramp plans" and on-boarding to ensure organizational readiness, including data hygiene and prompt literacy.
  • Resolve architectural blockers by writing enterprise-grade code and debugging complex AI/IT integrations.
  • Drive "Time-to-Intelligence" by transitioning workforces from basic usage to advanced AI-assisted workflows.
  • Identify high-value use cases (multi-modal agents, complex reasoning) to expand the AI footprint and justify new licensing.
  • Embed AI into core business processes to prove ROI, ensuring sustainable product usage and long-term contract renewals.
