Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
- 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with the Ads ecosystem and advertiser needs.
- Experience applying AI/ML (including Generative AI or Large Language Models) to solve complex business or user problems, particularly in areas like customer support, sales enablement, workflow automation, or policy issues.
- Ability to get to the big picture to drive prioritization based on advertiser and business impact.
- Excellent problem-solving, data analysis and impeccable business judgment skills.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
As a Product Manager, you will lead product management by defining and delivering AI-powered solutions that address some of the most complex challenges faced by Google's advertisers. This includes leveraging advanced AI/ML technologies (including GenAI) to proactively identify and resolve significant advertiser issues, particularly in sensitive areas like Ads Policy, and to streamline collaboration between Google's Sellers and Support agents, ultimately helping advertisers get effective help faster. You will partner deeply with key stakeholders across Ads, GBO, Sales, Support, and Ads Policy, influencing the strategies for how Google supports its advertisers at scale. Your work will directly impact advertiser success, agent efficiency, and Google's business outcomes.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
Responsibilities
- Define the product goal and roadmap, focusing on leveraging AI/ML to solve critical advertiser issues and enhancing collaboration between Google's Sales and Support teams.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to translate the product goal into technical specifications and solutions, particularly involving the application of AI/ML. Advise on the product impact of decisions related to service delivery, agent tooling, and advertiser support workflows.
- Leverage data and user insights to inform product roadmap decisions, measure success, and optimize performance.
- Understand how advertisers derive value from Google Ads and support, establish domain expertise on advertiser challenges, seller workflows, and support agent needs.Partner to build capabilities that enable their success and faster issue resolution.
- Work closely with design, engineering, research, sales teams, support operations, and Ads Policy teams to ensure cohesive and successful product development and launches.
