Display and Video 360 Lead, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing, advertising solutions.
  • 7 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Experience delivering insights from multiple data sources and communicating them effectively through executive level presentations and written/verbal communication.
  • Understanding of Google’s advertising solutions or similar digital platforms, combined with sound business judgement, to proactively identify and recommend creative ways to improve advertising outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work with offline media, Brand Lift, marketing measurement and attribution methodologies (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Message Transfer Agent (MTA ) alongside Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the goals and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Display and Video 360 Lead, you will apply your expertise of media and ad tech to enable business success for advertisers and partners across Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you will turn product innovations into customer solutions that enable our customers to get most out of Google’s advertising products and the web while partnering with sales team members in building the commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build in-depth knowledge of DV360 and industry vertical, stay current with the evolving advertising landscape through continuous training and relevant resources.
  • Develop growth plans for advertisers by collaborating with industry managers and in-market cross-functional teams with minimal guidance.
  • Design and support DV360 solutions in partnership with in-market sales teams to create growth strategies for potential advertisers with minimal oversight.
  • Extract meaningful insights from in-depth data analysis, deliver strategic and tactical recommendations to customers and internal teams and lead change across teams by influencing decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Identify and capture unaddressed Display and Video 360 media potential for our customers and partners.
